The costs below are in addition to the license cost of CloudMonitor and are paid directly to Microsoft. These apply even with the CloudMonitor Trial license as they are the bare running costs and CloudMonitor is installed inside of your Azure cloud.
Azure Infrastructure Costs
CloudMonitor deploys a set of resources into your Azure cloud to process your cost analytics and recommendations. These native azure resources have their own costs which appear on your normal Azure invoice and are paid directly to Microsoft.
These costs are between $100 and $250 a month depending on the size of data in your tenant.
We can only confirm the running costs after CloudMonitor has been installed and we understand the size of your cost data,
Power BI Reporting
Customers with a Professional or higher license tier of CloudMonitor who experience a high data load may require a Power BI Premium Capacity or Premium Per User (PPU) license to efficiently manage their reporting and analytics needs. These licenses provide advanced features such as support for large datasets, faster data processing, and enhanced performance capabilities, which are essential for handling extensive data loads.

For the Self-Service Plan, every viewer of Power BI reports must have a Power BI Pro license. Your organization might already have a licensing agreement with Microsoft, such as an E3 or E5 Office 365 Agreement, which may include Power BI Pro. To determine if there will be any additional cost, consult with your IT department. Note that this license is billed directly by Microsoft.
