Within enterprise enrollments, there are several settings that could cause users within the enrollment to not see costs.
These settings are managed by the enrollment administrator. Or, if the enrollment isn't bought directly through Microsoft, the settings are managed by the partner.
You might receive this message:
AccountCostDisabled: "Access to cost data has been disabled for account admins. Please query for usage (Quantity dimension) and contact the billing account admin for access to costs. To enable costs, 'AO View Charges' must be enabled on the enrollment within the Enterprise portal.”
It means that CloudMonitor will not be able to analyze your costs until this setting is enabled.
You can read this article from Microsoft to find out how to get this setting Enabled: Troubleshoot Azure enterprise cost views | Microsoft Docs
